Outerstep is an automated export broker. We find companies already importing what you make, run the outreach, read what comes back, and hand you the buyers who reply asking to buy, with the quantity, port and timeline already pulled out of their message.

The problem
The product is competitive. The distribution is not.
An exporter doing $1M to $50M a year has a real product, real capacity and real certifications. What they do not have is a repeatable way to find the next buyer.
What they have instead is trade fairs, once a year and expensive. B2B marketplaces full of price-shoppers. Agents who take a cut and disappear. And one salesperson with one mailbox, who cannot cold email at scale because nobody in the building knows what warmup means.
So the growth of a good manufacturer gets capped by something that has nothing to do with how well they manufacture. That is the gap Outerstep exists to close.
The exporter’s first action in the whole cycle should be answering a buyer who is already asking about their product.
Building a list, approving copy and warming a mailbox are our work, not theirs. Everything before the inquiry is our problem.

Buyers found in trade records
A company that already imports your grade has proven it buys, at what volume, through which port. That is on the customs record. A directory only tells you the company exists.
Nothing reaches a buyer without a person deciding
Every reply is drafted and every draft waits for a human. There is no code path that sends a message to a buyer on its own, and we do not plan to build one.
We are paid when the introduction is worth something
No retainer, no seat fee, no charge for a list. A fee when an introduction is opened, and a commission when it becomes a shipment. If we find you nothing, we earn nothing.
